Usage Barlox(R) 1260 is a concentrated cocoamine oxide surfactant. Barlox(R) 1260 can be used in a broad number of industriual cleaning applications where coupling, high foaming, detergency and compatibility are important. Product Data Sheet

Air & Water Reactions Hygroscopic .
Reactivity Profile LDAO is less basic than the tertiary amine from which LDAO is derived, but still reacts with strong acids in exothermic reactions to form salts plus water. May be incompatible with isocyanates, halogenated organics, peroxides, phenols (acidic), epoxides, anhydrides, and acid halides. Flammable gaseous hydrogen may be generated in combination with strong reducing agents, such as hydrides.
